Friend of mine was hanging out on discord. New guy joins. New guy says hello and then has his kid taking over the headset. My friend just has to sit there with this kid for 2 hours.
What was going on here? What was the new guys plan? My friend is a very... symbolic person so he saw it as an insult that the new guy was insinuating that my friend was like a kid. Any parents here that can answer this? Was it a troll? Was it to test if my friend was a creep? Was the wishful result that the whole scene shouldn't be seen as very akward since the new guy felt that there is nothing akward about their child?

My friend had played some vidya with him. When my friend confronted him about it he avoided the confrontation so I'm guessing he didn't have pure flour in the bag so to speak.
There are gaming parents who just want everything to be normal and there to be nothing special about them gaming with their kid but then there are gaming parents who wants to create drama by introducing their children to neets.
Here is my son now spend some time talking with him is kind of a weird scenario. You have to admit. The kid was like 5. It might have been ignorance, yes.
